Born in Trinidad & Tobago and now based in the Bahamas, Sherwin Gardner is a trailblazing Caribbean gospel artist, songwriter, and producer whose career spans over three decades. With a unique fusion of reggae, soca, Afrobeat, and worship, Sherwin has become one of the region’s most influential voices, earning international recognition through viral hits like “Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)”, which has surpassed 30 million streams and 2 billion views across platforms. Beyond his artistry, Sherwin is a visionary leader committed to uniting Caribbean creatives, mentoring emerging talent, and expanding the global reach of Caribbean gospel through his label, Flow Masters Records, and the newly launched Island Tribe Collective.

Born in Trinidad & Tobago, Rebecca Fuentes is a respected artist manager and industry professional with strong connections across the Caribbean and the United States. She manages both Caribbean and U.S. gospel artists, building bridges that create international opportunities for the talent she represents. Known for her professionalism, influence, and commitment to worship-driven artistry, Rebecca plays a vital role in advancing the vision of Island Tribe Collective.

Born in Trinidad & Tobago, Kersha Garner is a business manager, educator, and creative professional with over a decade of experience across higher education, artist management, and business development. She has worked with artists, entrepreneurs, and organizations locally and internationally, bringing her Trini roots and global vision to every project. As part of Island Tribe Collective, she is committed to advancing Caribbean gospel and creating opportunities for growth and impact worldwide.

An Atlanta native, Alex Todd is a passionate and accomplished intellectual property manager with over two decades of experience in the music industry. Beginning his career in 2000, he rose to prominence by managing superstar rapper Drake and later shifted his focus to publishing, where he guided top songwriters and producers behind Billboard hits for artists like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Usher, Keyshia Cole, and Leona Lewis. Having negotiated major publishing deals with companies such as EMI, Warner Chappell, Sony, and APG, Alex is now the Co-CEO & EVP of the Twelve18 Collective, managing high-profile artists and producers in the inspirational music space. Today, he brings his wealth of expertise and industry influence to the Island Tribe Collective, helping elevate Caribbean gospel to global platforms.

Rhon Matthison is a skilled bassist, producer, and band leader from Falmouth, Trelawny. He started his journey as the bassist for Lieutenant Stitchie in 2005, and has since performed with top artists like CeCe Winans, Sinach, Sizzla Kalonji, and Kevin Downswell. Rhon’s expertise as a musical director and bassist has shaped the live performances of many notable acts. Known for his distinct sound on the Fender Jazz Bass and Ampeg SVT 4 Pro amps, Rhon continues to be a driving force in Caribbean gospel and reggae music.

Colyn Kristopher

Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Colyn Kristopher is a passionate worship leader and recording artist, serving as a lead voice at Bahamas Harvest Church. With a sound that blends contemporary gospel with his Bahamian roots, Colyn has become known for his heartfelt delivery and ability to create powerful worship moments that resonate with diverse audiences. As one of the emerging voices of Caribbean gospel, he is committed to using his gift to inspire faith, unity, and transformation, carrying the sound of the Bahamas to the world stage

Nikkel Collymore

Born in Trinidad & Tobago, Nikkel Collymore is an experienced artist manager, stage manager, and production manager, well respected across the Caribbean gospel music scene. Through his company NikEnt, he has worked with major artists and worship leaders including Israel Houghton, Sherwin Gardner, Jonathan Nelson, Positive, and many more. With a reputation for excellence and professionalism, Nikkel continues to use his skills to support world-class productions and advance the vision of Island Tribe Collective.

Renwick Duesbury

Born in Guyana and now residing in New York, Renwick Duesbury is a gospel artist and worship leader whose ministry bridges the Caribbean and the diaspora. Known for his passionate delivery and authentic heart for worship, Renwick has been steadily building a name for himself across stages in the U.S. and the Caribbean. His music carries a message of hope and faith, positioning him as one of the emerging voices bringing Caribbean gospel to the global stage.

Born in Barbados, Jaicko Lawrence is a singer, songwriter, and producer whose career began as a pop artist signed to Capitol Records, where he achieved platinum success with his single “Oh Yeah” featuring Snoop Dogg. Known as both an artist and a writer, he went on to pen Billboard hits for Akon, NCT 127, and others before a life-changing encounter led him to dedicate his music to God. Since then, Jaicko has written inspirational music, landed major sync placements, and earned his second Billboard #1 with “Windows” by Pastor Mike Jr. Today, he continues to use his global platform to minister through music and faith.
