Ron Hill

Ron Hill is a GRAMMY® Award-winning executive, producer, and partner at Insignia Assets, where he leads strategy across TRIBL Records, Undivided Touring & Management, and broader entertainment ventures. He has guided the career of Kirk Franklin, co-created The Reunion Tour, and executive produced projects such as Father’s Day (documentary) and The One (TV One). With previous leadership roles at Sony’s Provident Entertainment and RCA Inspiration, Ron has shaped careers of artists like DOE, Brandon Lake, KB, Koryn Hawthorne, and Kierra Sheard. A proven platform builder, Ron is dedicated to excellence, sustainability, and cultural impact.

Alex Todd

An Atlanta native, Alex Todd is a passionate and accomplished intellectual property manager with over two decades of experience in the music industry. Beginning his career in 2000, he rose to prominence by managing superstar rapper Drake and later shifted his focus to publishing, where he guided top songwriters and producers behind Billboard hits for artists like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Usher, Keyshia Cole, and Leona Lewis. Having negotiated major publishing deals with companies such as EMI, Warner Chappell, Sony, and APG, Alex is now the Co-CEO & EVP of the Twelve18 Collective, managing high-profile artists and producers in the inspirational music space. Today, he brings his wealth of expertise and industry influence to the Island Tribe Collective, helping elevate Caribbean gospel to global platforms.
